Program Description / Overview
Mental Health Nursing is a professional course in the nursing program, aligned with positions in hospital psychiatric nursing, community mental health services, and mental and psychological health services in enterprises and schools. This course primarily aims to help students establish and improve a professional knowledge system, laying a solid foundation for future clinical nursing practice. Psychiatric nurses have been included at provincial and national levels within specialist nurse training programs, making mental health nursing one of the future development directions for nursing graduates.

Lincoln University College was established in 2002 and upgraded to university college status in 2011. It is approved by the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia and accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA). The university emphasizes professional education, applied learning, and international academic collaboration.
QingYuan Polytechnic is a public higher vocational institution in China with strong expertise in nursing education, mental health nursing, and applied professional training. Through this joint program, academic knowledge is closely integrated with clinical and community mental health practice.
