Emergency Nursing is a core course in the nursing and midwifery programs, aligned with clinical positions in emergency departments and intensive care units. Through this course, students will mainly learn the scope of the emergency medical service system and the emergency management of various critical conditions.
Students will acquire rescue techniques such as pre-hospital emergency care, common emergency procedures, emergency department management, intensive care, as well as patient assessment, treatment principles, and nursing care for common critical illnesses and organ failure. The course also aims to cultivate students’ abilities in independent learning, practical skills, critical thinking, as well as communication and coordination.
本课程是护理、助产专业的核心课程，对接临床急诊科、重症监护室工作岗位，通过学习本课程，主要使学生能掌握急诊医疗服务体系的范畴及各类急危重症的紧急处理、救护技术如院前救护、常见急救技术、急诊科管理、重症监护、常见急危重症和各脏器功能衰竭的病情评估、救治原则和护理等，培养学生的自主学习能力、实际动手能力、评判性思维能力及沟通、协调能力等。

This course is jointly offered by Lincoln University College (LUC), Malaysia, and QingYuan Polytechnic, China.
Lincoln University College was established in 2002 and upgraded to university college status in 2011. It is approved by the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia and accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA). The university emphasizes professional education, applied learning, and international academic collaboration.
QingYuan Polytechnic is a public higher vocational institution in China with strong expertise in nursing education, mental health nursing, and applied professional training. Through this joint program, academic knowledge is closely integrated with clinical and community mental health practice.
本课程由马来西亚林肯大学学院（Lincoln University College, LUC）与中国清远职业技术学院（QingYuan Polytechnic）联合举办。
林肯大学学院成立于2002年，2011年升格为大学学院，是经马来西亚高等教育部批准并获得马来西亚学历资格机构（MQA）认证的高等教育机构，在护理及精神卫生相关专业领域具有丰富的国际教学经验。
清远职业技术学院为中国公办高等职业院校，在护理教育、精神卫生护理及应用型人才培养方面具备扎实基础。双方通过联合办学，提升课程的专业性、系统性与实践导向。
